Bridal Retainer, Reservation & Cancellation Policy

All bridal party retainers are non-refundable and serve to secure the makeup artist’s time and reserve the bride’s wedding date. By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this policy.

NaturalBeauties by Vee generally accepts only one wedding per day. Once a date is reserved, the Company may decline other booking opportunities and cannot guarantee replacement bookings in the event of cancellation.

​

A minimum of six (6) months’ written notice is required for cancellation requests to be considered for any exception. Notice does not guarantee a refund, rescheduling, or transfer of payments. All exceptions must be approved in writing by the Company, subject to applicable law.

By booking our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms. This policy protects the time, resources, and professional commitments of NaturalBeauties by Vee and its team.
